By using freshthirty.com and purchasing from Fresh Thirty Goods you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The product

Fresh Thirty sells complete 30-day underwear rotations (Men’s and Her collections). Descriptions, pricing and availability are shown on the product pages and may change without notice.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are accepted subject to availability and successful payment. Prices are listed in AUD (or the currency shown at checkout) and may include applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party provider.

3. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

4. Returns & exchanges

Our returns and size-exchange policy is set out on the Returns page. The first-pair / first-piece guarantee applies as described there.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, product design and packaging on this site are owned by Fresh Thirty Goods or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fresh Thirty Goods is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
