First-pair / first-piece guarantee

Size guarantee

Try the first pair (or first piece for Her). If the fit isn’t right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange the remaining unopened rotation free of charge.

Returns

• Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
• Opened items are covered only under the first-pair guarantee or if faulty.
• Return shipping for exchanges under the size guarantee is covered by us.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
